E-Invoice - digital invoice processing

As of February 2019, the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft (MPG) introduces processing of electronic invoices. Starting with the MPG’s General Administration, all institutes will make this change. Declaration Export Control Classification Form

If the goods are delivered duty unpaid from a third country or if they have a US origin, please provide us with export control and customs relevant data (HS code) for each item of the order. Please use the sample form "Declaration Export Control Classification" below. [more]
