Summary
There are considerable differences of opinion about how to harmonize unfair competition law at an EC-level. Insofar, the approach of the ten new Member States could be crucial. A new research project of the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law focuses on the situation in the new Member States and its impact on future Community law.
