More self-service with the new GWDG customer portal

Summary
In summer 2014 the new GWDG customer portal has been put into productive operation. It provides information about the service portfolio as well as means to order and manage services for all customers at any time. Additionally, the customer portal contains advanced self-service functionalities and security enhancements for user accounts. In the future, it will be extended to serve as a central point of access for all GWDG services. Together with a new, clearly structured website concept the customer portal will be a strategic component of a modern user experience.
