Summary
Transmedia HistoryTelling is a multimodal approach that expands legal history beyond written archives and state-centred narratives. Drawing on projects in Latin America and Africa, it combines comics, murals, workshops and podcasting to trace how law is created, contested and remembered. We argue that collaborative, multimodal legal history can surface silenced normativities and inform contemporary debates on justice and reparative futures.
